This policy applies to direct retail orders placed through drystonebathmat.com. Orders placed through Amazon are handled under Amazon’s return and refund policies. Wholesale, private label, custom packaging, OEM, and bulk business orders may follow separate commercial terms confirmed before purchase.

Return Window

Eligible direct retail orders may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within the return window and must meet the return condition requirements described below.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law or approved by our support team due to a product issue.

Return Condition

Returned items should be:

  • Unused or lightly inspected only
  • Clean and free from damage, misuse, stains, or heavy wear
  • Returned with original packaging where possible
  • Returned with all included accessories, inserts, or care cards if applicable

Items that show signs of misuse, damage, heavy wear, alteration, or improper care may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  • Product name, size, and color
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Return Shipping

For standard returns where the customer no longer wants the item, ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size or color, or changed their mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product issue. For current U.S. direct retail orders, standard shipping is free.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time after approval is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement after we issue it.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, please contact us before returning the item.

Depending on inventory availability and the condition of the original item, we may help arrange an exchange or recommend placing a new order.

Exchanges are not guaranteed until confirmed by our support team.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refund Method

Order Cancellation

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will try to cancel it. If the order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may need to follow the return process.
